HL Draft and Design project team develops of a group of professional designers, engineers, and construction contractors formed to provide full-service design and construction for Accessory Dwelling Units in California. We partnership with construction and architecture firms to draft, design and build your construction needs and providing services to our valuable clients with all ranges of services from concept to final clean up, and continue maintenance. 

Project Team:

Project Manager: Hoang Le 

Works closely with all project stakeholders to ensure every element meets technical requirements. Responsible of planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives. Monitor all site safety, review project proposals, and approve drawings used in design and construction

Const. Manager: Hoang Nguyen 

Manages overall project activities including assigning and directing the project agenda, allocating resources, and liaising with the project team to make final decisions. Responsible for recruiting construction workers and obtaining building permits and liaising with inspectors for final approval

Principle Designer: Brian Le

Managing, planning, monitoring, and coordinating projects in a pre-construction phase and troubleshooting design issues. Generating design specifications and creating product prototypes, and analyzing existing products while making improvement recommendations. 

Architectural Engr: Steve Aderson

Designs ADUs to enhance living standards and improve quality of life. Combines building, electrical, mechanical, lighting, acoustics, and fire protection into an integrated whole. Creates digital plans based on architectural blue prints

Project Admin: Hanna Barletta

Assists the project manager in daily activities including helping document controllers and health & safety staff in their work. She works on purchasing orders and the logistics of delivering them, keeping documents and procedures for easy access

Accountant: Cathy Flores

Responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of a project as it progresses. Accountant tasks include analyzing and approving outgoing expenses, issuing bills and collecting payments from clients and working with auditors
